Tree & Shrub Guarantee

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Burger Farm offers this guarantee as a gesture of good faith to its many valued customers and can replace a given plant once. The replacement plant carries no additional guarantee. Trees and shrubs purchased at a discounted price are guaranteed. We DO NOT guarantee:

• Roses and rose trees
• Annuals and vegetables
• Perennials and ground covers
• Berry plants
• Tropical and house plants
• Cactus
• Ornamental grasses
• Any plant planted in a pot above ground
• Balled and burlap Christmas trees

All requests for adjustments must be accompanied by the original cash register receipt and the defective plant. Upon Burger Farm management approval, an in-store credit will be issued. Delivery and planting charges are not covered under the guarantee.

No Cash Refunds Will Be Given

Burger Farm reserves the right to rescind the one-year guarantee in cases of extreme weather conditions or obvious abuse, neglect, or improper care. No expressed or implied guarantee other than the above written guarantee will be honored.

To further support your vision, Burger Farm & Garden Center proudly offers professional garden and landscape consultation and design services.

Our experienced designer will visit your home for a one-hour, on-site consultation to evaluate your property and discuss your goals. During the visit, we’ll share conceptual ideas to enhance, update, or completely rethink your existing landscape. Consultations may include:

• Evaluating sunlight and site conditions
• Recommendations for soil amendments, fertilization, and plant care
• Suggestions for removing or replacing existing plant material
• Guidance on new plant selections tailored to your space
• A simple hand sketch and/or recommended plant list

The consultation fee is $150, and additional design or landscape services can be quoted based on the scope of work. From inspiration to installation-ready plans, we’re committed to turning your ideas into a landscape you’ll love.
