Open Positions

We are currently hiring for Garden Center Cashier positions at Burger Farm and Garden Center. In this role, you’ll primarily work indoors within our retail space while supporting daily garden center operations. As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Operate the register and handle cashier responsibilities
• Help customers carry purchases to their vehicles
• Maintain plant displays by organizing, watering, and pricing merchandise

We are seeking candidates available to work weekday shifts (9 AM – 5 PM), as well as those with flexible availability for afternoons and weekends.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation is required
• Positive attitude with a professional demeanor
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the garden center
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends as scheduled

This is a seasonal position. Ideal candidates will have some knowledge of plants or gardening, or simply bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to the role.
